Zoom classes

3 Week zoom classes Mondays and Thursdays. Gentle and relaxing. 

B&B Weekend Yoga

Integrated Yoga classes with full board and breakfast over a weekend. 

Covid Precautions

In order to make your FUTURE visit to the yoga centre more comfortable and safe for us all, we are taking the following measures:

 

We’ve installed new air filtration systems in both centres

A new wooden floor for the centre in Galway in order to sanitize it easier between classes

Class size is limited to less than 50% of previous courses

2 metres between students to be enforced throughout class

Temperatures checked at the entrance of the class

Hand sanitizer provided at entrance

 

 WHEN returning, if you do choose to attend a class at the centre, we would like you to do to the following:

 

Bring a single duvet cover which will be used to cover the yoga mat

Bring a blanket/towel to cover yourself for yoga nidra

Enter the room with these in a bag

Travel light and try not to bring any unnecessary items into the yoga room

Arrive 10 minutes before class to prepare your area

If you are paying in cash, use an envelope and leave it at your mat

Use hand sanitizer before and after entering the room

Do not come to class if you feel ill – use the Zoom class instead.
